Investigators said crooks stole a purse from Matthew Sneed's van. He and his wife had their hands full with their two young kids and two dogs.

The couple said they remembered parking by a black SUV with a guy sitting inside.

"It was parked between us two and both of ours were broken into," Sneed said.

His wife's purse was stolen and within minutes $92 was charged on her credit card  at the Valero gas station on Addicks Clodine and Westpark road.

Police said the two other cars also broken into did not have anything stolen.
