HOUSTON – Authorities are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who faces child sex charges.
Investigators say Jihua "Jeff" Wang, 45, is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14. The victim in this case was a 9-year-old girl.
In March of 2011, Wang was on trial and a jury was deliberating when he left and never returned.
Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to Wang's arrest.
