Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers search for suspect in a Perry's Steakhouse robbery

KATY – Fort Bend County Crimes Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the subject involved in a Katy area restaurant robbery.

The suspect was seen lifting a wallet out of a woman's purse around 1 p.m. on Friday, June 7, at the Perry's Steakhouse on the 23500 block of Cinco Ranch Blvd.

A surveillance video shows the man putting on his jacket while lifting the wallet out of a guests purse.

Restaurant staff members noticed the suspect, described as a black male in his late 30s to early 40s, lurking behind customers and confronted him.

When the man was confronted,  he shoved the employee and pushed his way out of the restaurant.

The man was described as being between 5ft. 8in. and 5ft. 10in.

He was wearing a blue Houston Astros baseball cap, a blue plaid shirt, blue jeans and was carrying a white sports coat.
