Armed man robs Bank of America

According to police, the man approached the counter and gave the teller a threatening note

HOUSTON – The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force is looking for a man who robbed a Houston bank.

The man, who was armed with a pistol, entered the Bank of America at 7910 Bissonett around 2 p.m. on Saturday, according to police.

Police said he approached the counter and gave the teller a threatening note.

After receiving an unknown amount of cash, the robber fled on foot.

No one was hurt.

The robber was described as a black male in his mid thirties to early forties. He is 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 11 inches and 160 pounds. He has black hair with slight facial hair on his chin. He was wearing a dark blue t-shirt, blue jeans and dark sunglasses.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of this robber or any felony suspect.
