HOUSTON – An Alief ISD bus driver accused of keeping a 12-year-old girl onboard against her will appeared in court.
Carlos Guzman is charged with unlawful restraint. The 44-year-old bonded out of jail on Thursday. He appeared in court Friday morning for his probable cause hearing.
Investigators say Guzman covered the bus' cameras on May 5, then started touching and kissing the girl.
He now has to wear a GPS ankle bracelet, obey a curfew and he's not allowed to have contact with children.
