3 injured in head-on collision in Crosby area

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Three people were injured in a head-on crash Friday evening in the Crosby area.

The accident happened at Bohemian Hall Road and Kennings Road in northeast Harris County.

The driver of an SUV was attempting to turn left and turned into the path of another SUV. Both vehicles rolled over.

The 19-year-old driver of the first SUV was not seriously injured.

There were two women in the second SUV. One suffered a head laceration. The other had a broken arm and injured pelvis. We're told both women are expected to be OK.

Officials said the 19-year-old driver appears to have caused the crash and is likely to be cited.
