LIBERTY, Texas -

Vandals have cut fiber optic cables again, leaving thousands of customers without TV, internet and phone services, according to Comcast.

According to the company, the most recent incident happened around 3:30 a.m. near 201 Highway 90 in Liberty.

The first incident was reported on November 20 when a reward of $30,000 was offered by Crime Stoppers, Comcast and the Harris County sherrif's office, for information on vandalism imoacting services and safety.

According to Comcast, there have been continued incidents involving fiber optic cables being intentionally cut over the last several months. Every time the the cables are cut, it prevents customers from being able to call 911.
