House heavily damaged by fast moving fire

HOUSTON -  A northeast Houston home is likely a total loss, after it was consumed by a fast moving fire.

The fire started around 1:00 a.m. Tuesday on Finch St. and Homestead Rd.

When firefighters arrived, flames were shooting out of the one story home.

It took them around 20 minutes to get the flames under control.

The three people who live in the home, managed to get out safely.

Arson crews are investigating what started the fire.
