HOUSTON – Investigators are looking for the man they said raped a little girl he met on a phone chat line earlier this month.
Police said on May 5, Osvaldo Rubio, a convicted felon, picked the girl up at her friend's house and then drove to a Motel 6 on Eastway Village Drive where he sexually assaulted her.
Sources told KPRC Local 2 that after the assault, Rubio got mad that the girl would not get back in his car, so he left her on the side of the street crying.
For three-and-a-half weeks, Rubio has been on the run from cops. He was out on parole when he allegedly committed the sexual assault.
Detectives are hoping someone knows where Rubio is and will turn him in.
