Child porn suspect arrested after nationwide search

HOUSTON – Federal officials arrested a child pornography suspect hours after putting out a nationwide alert.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations asked the public to help find an unidentified woman accused of producing child porn that featured a 4- to 6-year-old victim. She was only known as "Jane Doe."

Agents arrested Corine Danielle Motley, 25, late Wednesday in Okaloosa County, Florida.

"The quick identification of the victim and suspect in this case demonstrates the power of the press, social media and the general public in helping solve these cases," said ICE Director John Morton. "Literally hours after we asked the public for their assistance in identifying Jane Doe, a tip came in that led to her identification and arrest. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing that, due to these efforts, a child is now safe and her tormentor now in custody."

According to officials, Motley is believed to have produced at least one long-form child pornography video featuring herself engaging in explicit sexual conduct with a 4 to 6-year-old victim.

Authorities believed that the video had most likely been produced in the United States and posted online for the first time on Nov. 27. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children determined that the victim had not yet been identified or rescued.

The public is encouraged to report suspected child predators and any suspicious activity through a toll-free hotline at 1-866-DHS-2-ICE or by completing an online tip form. Suspected child sexual exploitation or missing children may be reported to the National Center for Missing an Exploited Children via its toll-free 24-hour hotline, 1-800-THE-LOST.
