HOUSTON - Arson charges have been dropped against a local woman.

A jury no-billed Tametra Kashay Lathan on June 5. Houston fire investigators say back on March 5, Lathan and another woman got into an argument. Police say later that day witnesses saw Lathan with a can of bug spray and saw her dump the liquid on the door of the Go-Tax office on Lyons near downtown Houston, then saw flames.

But the charge was subsequently dropped.

No one was injured in the small fire.
