Miley Cyrus is on it too, of course. Remember the salvia craze? Anyway, I found an interesting (some of you might find it funny) list of the Top 14 celebs who've been caught on video smoking, snorting, or whatever else. The author writes, "The greatest endorsement for drugs is, well, how often celebrities, the people who pretty much have it all, do them."
