WEBSTER, Texas – Police are hoping newly released surveillance video will help them catch the two people who they say broke into a CenterPoint substation and stole a backhoe.
Webster police said it happened back in September at the substation located on Old Galveston Road.
Investigators said the pair crashed the backhoe through a fence before using it to get their Camaro out of the mud.
