'Buttoned-up bank robber' wanted by FBI

CYPRESS, Texas – The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force has released surveillance pictures of a man dubbed the buttoned-up bank robber.

According to investigators around 10:40 a.m. Thursday, the suspect walked into the First Community Credit Union located inside the HEB grocery store off the Northwest Freeway at Barker Cypress.

The FBI says he handed the teller a threatening note, and demanded money. He claimed to have a gun. 

After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, he left the bank. No one was hurt.

The suspect was wearing polo-type shirt buttoned up to the top. He is described as 6'-6'3", 150 to 160 pounds, medium complexion with a trimmed beard and mustache.  He was wearing a dark blue ball cap and glasses.
