HOUSTON – A man broke into a southwest Houston electronics store by going through the ceiling.
The break-in happened at King Car Audio in the 6100 block of the Southwest Freeway over the weekend.
The thief got into the store by breaking into a restroom and cutting part of the ceiling to drop inside the store.
Once inside, the burglar went straight to a cellphone case and he grabbed everything he could.
The burglar left for a few minutes, but then he came back inside and grabbed navigation and stereo systems.
The store's alarm didn't go off during the break-in. Investigators are working to determine if the thief cut the wires before the burglary.
