HOUSTON -

Investigators are looking for a man who they say crawled from a ceiling to break into a Family Dollar store in northeast Houston.

The break-in occurred around 3:45 a.m. Friday at the store on Lockwood Drive.

The store manager says once the man got inside the storage room, a locked door prevented him from getting anywhere near the sale floor.

A silent alarm notified police, but the burglar was gone by the time officers arrived.

Officials say the man left empty handed.
