FREEPORT, Texas - Now that school is back in session, there's one district trying to curb profanity usage amongst students.

The punishment is much more serious than regular detention; it could have your student moved to another school.

After recommendation by an educational improvement committee, comprised of staff as well as community members, students who use profanity towards teachers in Brazosport ISD schools will be moved out of their classrooms and placed into an alternative learning location.
