HOUSTON – Police are investigating a deadly shooting outside an east Houston motel.
Houston police arrived on the scene around 1:45 a.m. Sunday on the East Freeway near Oates.

Investigators said they found a man shot multiple times in front of the Motel 6.
According to police, people staying in the motel heard several gun shots.
Witnesses told police they looked out the window and saw two men running from the scene.
Police are reviewing surveillance video to see they can identify the suspects.
