PASADENA, Texas – A body was found next to a Dumpster in Pasadena on Friday.
Pasadena police said they got an anonymous call about 11 a.m. that a body wrapped in a tarp was next to a Dumpster at the Encore on the Bay apartments in the 4600 block of NASA Parkway near Kirby.
Investigators have not said if the person is male or female.
"A detective did ask us to come down there and asked us a couple questions," said Rhonda Rogers, who was outside when police arrived. "His words were, at the time, that a body was dumped and that they didn't know how long it had been here."
The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will determine the cause of the person's death.
