Home catches fire twice in two days

Arson investigates after home catches fire two nights in a row

HOUSTON – Firefighters were called to put out a fire at a northeast Houston home on Tangle Lake Drive at Seven Oaks Drive just after 9 p.m. Sunday. This is after the same house was extinguished earlier Sunday morning .

Houston Fire Department responded to the house fire Sunday night and found flames shooting from the widows of the two-story home. Investigators said there was no one home at the time fire. No one was injured.

It's the second home to catch fire on the street in two nights. Saturday night a fire was extinguished at a home on Tangle Lake Drive at Trailwood Village, HFD said.

Arson has been called to investigate.
