HOUSTON – Thursday was the 20th annual CanCare Survivor's Luncheon at the Westin Galleria.
The purpose of the event is to provide emotional support for those battling cancer and family members of cancer patients.
Former astronaut and cancer survivor Mark Kelly, the husband of former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, was the guest speaker. Local 2's Dominique Sachse hosted the event.
