BAYTOWN, Texas – A new city ordinance is toughening up on the sale of e-cigarettes.
The Baytown City Council amended an order that prohibits the sale of e-cigarettes to minors.
It also prohibits businesses from using vending machines to sell the devices as well as liquid nicotine.
the new ordinance will go into effect 10 days from Thursday.
