Robbers pointed pistols at employees, demanded money, authorities say

HOUSTON – Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's robbery division are asking for the public's help in identifying two people responsible for an aggravated robbery at a pool supply store.

It happened at 6:52 p.m. Nov. 17 at a store in the 7900 block of FM 1960 in Houston.

Authorities said the two robbers entered the business, pointed pistols at the employees and demanded money from the cash register.

The employees gave the robbers an undisclosed amount of money. Authorities said the duo fled on foot in an unknown direction.

One robber is described by authorities as a black male who is 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall. Authorities said he wore a Halloween mask, black shirt, tan shorts and dark shoes.

The other robber is described by authorities as a black male who is 5 feet 2 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall. Authorities said he wore a Halloween mask, black-hooded sweatshirt, dark shorts and dark shoes.

Crime Stoppers said it will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to the charging and/or arrest of those responsible.
