AT&T offers $10,000 reward after employees robbed

HOUSTON - AT&T is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest after three employees were robbed.

The first incident happened on NW Park Drive near Desert Rose Lane in northwest Harris county on Sept. 26.  A field technician was robbed on the street. 

On Oct. 8, an employee servicing AT&T equipment on Lucky Street near Knox in north Houston was also robbed. 

On Oct. 19, another field technician was robbed at gunpoint as he returned to his company van that was parked on Wilburforce Street in northwest Houston. 

No one was hurt in any of these crimes.

"At AT&T, we place the highest priority on employee safety," said Alice Aanstoos, AT&T Regional Vice President for External Affairs. "AT&T is committed to doing all it can to assist in bringing anyone involved in these recent crimes to justice."
