University of Houston has landed a big name for this year's commencement address.
According to a university release, astronaut Capt. Scott Kelly will deliver the commencement speech Saturday, May 14.

Kelly holds the American record for most time in orbit after spending a year on the International Space Station.
"Scott Kelly represents innovation and a passionate commitment to discovery. We are excited to have Kelly join this celebration of student achievement, " said University of Houston president Renu Khator.
Kelly is contracted to receive $35,000 for the speaking engagement.
Actor Matthew McConaughey gave the commencement speech last year.
He was paid $135,000 for the speaking engagement.
McConaughey said he planned to give the money to charity.
