HOUSTON – Firefighters battled a large house fire in the Cy-Fair area early Sunday morning.
Cy-Fair volunteer firefighters responded to the blaze on Windy Oaks at Autumn Wind to find flames shooting from the roof of the garage.

The majority of the fire was contained to the garage, but a little fire caused issues inside the home.
Investigators said a car in the garage was a total loss.
The couple who lived at the home made it out safely.
The Harris County Fire Marshall is investigating the cause.
