Arson investigates after vacant home catches fire in east Houston

HOUSTON – Arson is investigating after an abandoned home caught fire in east Houston Wednesday night.

Houston firefighters arrived to find flames shooting from the vacant home on Moses at Gregg Street around 9:30 p.m.

They made a fast attack and brought the fire under control.

No one was injured.

Fire officials said this is the fourth house to burn on the same block.
