Two men wanted in connection to a robbery at a jewelry store at the Woodlands Mall have been arrested.

Police said six masked men with weapons robbed the Jared the Galleria of Jewelry store on Lake Woodlands Drive on June 17.

Authorities said it took them less than a minute to leave the store with an undisclosed amount jewelry.

Houston police arrested Jose Villarreal, 40, on unrelated charges on June 19. Investigators said he had jewelry with him at the time of the arrest.

Detectives with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office later determined the jewelry was taken during the robbery.

Arturo Rodriguez-Ruelas, 34, was also arrested.

Police said the majority of the jewelry that was taken in the robbery has been recovered.

The investigation is ongoing.
