Arrest made after body found in Texas City

Victim identified as Lindsey Gamble, 61

Thomas Graham, 30, is being held on $250,000 bond and is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 61-year-old Lindsey Gamble.

TEXAS CITY, Texas – The Texas City Police Department found a body Saturday morning on the 600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

Authorities say a Houston police officer alerted Texas City officials that he received a call that a person was dead in an abandoned home.

Police say they arrested Thomas Ray Graham, 30, and have charged him with first-degree murder charges. He is being held on $250,000 bond.

The victim has been identified as Lindsey Ovie Gamble, 61. Authorities say he was stabbed to death.

The investigation is ongoing and investigators are conducting witness interviews, according to officials. Police say that additional charges against Graham are pending.
