The home was once owned by Smith’s husband, businessman J. Howard Marshall II, according to records and the realtor’s office currently handling the property. Another owner has held the sprawling property since 1998.

The 6,000-square-foot home, built in 1988, sits on nearly 10 acres in the Cypress Creek Estates subdivision.
The estate has five bedrooms and five and a half baths, as well as a four-car garage, a breakfast room, den, formal dining, formal living, gameroom and guest house.

In addition, living space extends outside with an extensive outdoor kitchen and outdoor fireplace. The estate also has a pond and stables.

It’s unclear how long the starlet lived in the home.

Smith was married to Marshall in 1994. He died a year after they wed without leaving her in his will.

Smith fought for her part of his estate until she died in 2006 of a drug overdose. The case into Marshall’s will continues in Texas courts.
