Amber Alert issued for abducted 15-year-old girl believed to be in danger

BREWSTER COUNTY, Texas – Authorities believe a 15-year-old girl is in grave or immediate danger after she was abducted, according to an Amber Alert issued by the Brewster County Sheriff's Office Thursday.

Authorities are searching for Stormie Clemmer. She is described as white, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 100 pounds, and has brown hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jean shorts and hiking shoes, according to authorities.

Police are also searching for Andrew Akers in connection to Clemmer's abduction.

Akers, 20, is described as white, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, about 210 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Clemmer's whereabouts is asked to call the Brewster County Sheriff's Office at 432-837-3488.
