Deputies said a woman from The Woodlands was wanted in connection with the Amber Alert in Oklahoma.

Cindy Findley, 47, is accused of abducting her great-niece, 5-month-old Olivia Smith in Cashion, Oklahoma. Deputies said that shortly after noon Thursday, she broke through her brother's front door and took the baby.

The baby was last seen wearing a long-sleeved pink floral shirt.

"That's not Cindy," said Jerry Czubinski, who lives across the street from Findley in The Woodlands. "That's not the Findleys at all. They're great staples of the community, so there's something else going on."

The Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office said Findley was last seen driving a dark gray 2013 Hyundai SUV with Texas license plate BYZ-3364.

However, Local 2 spotted a Hyundai SUV bearing the same license plates parked outside Findley's home in The Woodlands.

Kingfisher County authorities said Findley has a mental condition and made comments about having a vision of the child dying in two days.

According to deputies, Findley is accompanied by Jennifer Skousen, a white woman approximately 43 years old, and they may be on their way to Utah, where Findley has relatives.

"I just can't believe (Findley) is in trouble at all," said Chris Brandon, Findley's next-door neighbor of more than 20 years. "I would stand up for her 100 percent."
