HOUSTON – A local high school teacher is now facing a child porn charge.
Police arrested Scott Burns at his home Wednesday, just a day after Alvin Independent School District put him on administrative leave after learning he was having former students pose as models in risque' pictures.

Investigators say they discovered the porn after school police shared the information with outside law enforcement.
Burns is currently being held in the Alvin City Jail on a $60,000 bond.
