Houston Police are searching for a man they say brutally beat and robbed a woman.
Police are looking for Kelvin Joe Brown, who is charged with aggravated robbery.

Allegedly Brown brutally beat a woman with a pair of handcuffs and stole her property inside a hotel room in the 8800 block of Airport Boulevard in southwest Houston.
Police say a witness knocked on the door during the incident, and that Brown fled the scene in a beige colored car.
