Wrong-way driver crashes into SUV

A man who drove the wrong way crashed into an oncoming SUV in west Houston Tuesday, according authorities.
The crash happened around 4 a.m. on North Shepherd Drive near the Katy Freeway.
Investigators said the man was intoxicated when he crashed into a woman driving the suburban.
The woman was taken to a hospital with neck and back pain, police said.
The man was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Officials closed North Shepherd for about 30 minutes while Houston police cleared the scene.
