MAGNOLIA, Texas -

The girlfriend of a man wanted for a Mother's Day killing in Montgomery County turned herself in to deputies Wednesday night.

Angelina McInnis, 29, is accused of hindering a police investigation.

Deputies say her boyfriend, Daniel Frank Longoria, shot and killed Raymundo Zarate Jr. on May 13. Deputies have not located Longoria.

According to police reports, Zarate  had a verbal confrontation with Longoria and some other people at Spring Creek Park.

Zarate was upset because the suspects were using inappropriate language in front of his family. Zarate and his family left the park and went home.

Longoria and the other suspects in the case followed Zarate to his home and shot him, investigators said.

Zarate's family tried to transport him to the hospital, but he did not make it. He was pronounced dead at Tomball Regional Hospital.

Two others have been arrested and charged with murder in this case.

Jose de Jesus Martinez was arrested on May 17 when he was picked up on an unrelated warrant. While he was being questioned, he told detectives he planned and participated in the murder.

Adam Longoria, 19, was arrested on May 21.

Both of them are being held on $100,000 bond in the Montgomery County jail.
