A Conroe woman has been arrested and accused of shoplifting and biting an officer.

Investigators said 29-year-old Timeka Gallow tried to walk out of a Target store on the 3100 block of the Gulf Freeway in League City.

Police said when she was approached by a loss prevention officer, she resisted and bit his wrist.

The officer managed to hold Gallow until Houston police officers arrived.

Gallow was taken to the Galveston County Jail. She was charged with strong arm robbery.
