A female driver has been charged with Intoxication Manslaughter after a deadly crash with a person on a motorcycle.

The crash happened at 3:45 a.m. on Highway 249 and Antoine.

Police on the scene say two females were in a Cadillac driving south bound on 249.

The driver made a left turn across 249 and pulled in front of a man on a motorcycle.

The motorcycle hit the Cadillac.

The man was wearing a helmet but he died on impact.

The two females in the car were not hurt.

Police say the driver made a phone call after the accident.

A man came to the scene and allegedly tried to leave the scene.

A wrecker driver noticed and blocked them preventing them from leaving.

Police said the female driver of the Cadillac admitted she was at a bar.

The man who came to the scene could face Tampering with Evidence charges.

The name of the victim driving the motorcycle has not been released.
