A Harris County woman has been accused of failing to register as a sex offender.

Court documents state Kristin Diane Massey claimed to be living at one address, but neighbors said they have not seen her there in more than a year.

Massey has been charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registration requirements.

All sex offenders are required by law to provide law enforcement with their address once they are released.

Massey was convicted of a sex crime with a minor in 2007.
