A woman has been accused of running a sexually-oriented business without a license.

Wai Hueng Chung, 62, has been charged with conducting business without a sexually-oriented business permit and being nude at a business.

Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constable said an undercover officer went to Moon Spa in the 5100 block of F.M. 1960 and requested and was offered massage services for a fee.

The spa did not have a license through the Texas Department of State Health Services and Chung did not have a massage therapist license, officials said.

Chung was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail with bond set at $5,000.
