A southwest Houston Walmart was evacuated Friday because of a bomb threat.
Houston police said the manager ordered everyone out of the store on Kirkwood near Westheimer about 2:45 p.m..
Detectives said the manager got a phone call from someone who told them that a bomb was planted inside.
Officials said a bomb squad was called out to investigate, but nothing was found.
The store reopened shortly after 4 p.m.
