Tuesday morning began with lows down to the 50s. Houston's Bush Airport dropped down to 59 degrees, several degrees cooler than Monday morning.

The broken sky conditions this morning gave us an amazing sunrise. Many Houstonians snapped sunrise photos of the beautiful colors lighting up the sky.

This afternoon, more clouds from Pacific moisture streams in, giving us a chance for some sprinkles. In fact, the clouds are actually coming from Hurricane Paul out in the Pacific ocean. Paul will continue to bring clouds into our area. The clouds will help to block out the sun today, keeping our temperatures on the cool side this afternoon. Highs will only reach about 80 degrees with mostly cloudy skies.

Our next front arrives on Thursday. We have a chance of showers with this cool front. We'll enjoy lows down to the 50s Friday and Saturday morning.
