The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics found Texas leads the way on an employment list, by a wide margin. This time, it's for leisure and hospitality jobs gained over the past five years.
Between May 2007 and May 2012, Texas gained 115,000 leisure and hospitality jobs, ranking No. 1 for change during that period.
New York came in second, adding 86,100 jobs and No. 3 was Pennsylvania, adding 20,000 jobs.
The leisure and hospitality industry includes businesses like amusement parks, bars and hotels, casinos, museums, performing arts companies, professional sports teams and restaurants.
