WALLER COUNTY, Texas -

A teenager and adult have been arrested in connection with a double murder case in Waller County, deputies said.

According to the Waller County Sheriff's Office, a 16-year-old and 26-year-old shot and killed two men and left their bodies in a ditch in front of a home near Penick Road and Willowbrook Lane.

Deputies arrived on the scene after someone in the area called 911 at 1:13 a.m. to report gun shots.

Investigators said they believe the conflict was related to money or a business deal.

The suspects were arrested at about 3 p.m. Saturday, deputies said.

Authorities have not yet released the names of the suspects and victims.

The names of the deceased are being held until the next of kin in Mexico can be notified.

Authorities said bond has not yet been set because the suspects must go before the magistrate before they can be officially charged.
