Teen accused of beating up classmate
Wille Eleby Jr. charged with aggravated assault
A teenager has been charged in connection with a fight outside a high school.
Wille Eleby Jr., 17, has been charged with aggravated assault.
Spring Independent School District police said Eleby began following a classmate as he walked home from Westfield High School on Oct. 30.
On a sidewalk by the school, Eleby stopped the classmate and said, "If you fight one of us, you have to fight all of us," according to court documents.
The classmate tried to run away, but Eleby caught him and slammed him to the ground, investigators said.
Eleby and two other juveniles then hit and kicked the classmate, officials said.
The victim suffered a broken arm.
