Police are searching for a man who has been accused of shooting two men, killing one of them, outside a north Houston home.
Cedric Keith Jones, 40, has been charged with murder and aggravated assault.
Houston police said Jones got into an argument with two brothers in driveway of a home in the 400 block of East 43rd Street about 8:20 p.m. on Aug. 31.
The argument escalated and Jones pulled out a gun and shot Dwayne Mitchell, 26, and Gilbert Mitchell, 23, police said.
Dwayne Mitchell was taken to Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital, where he died. Gilbert Mitchell suffered non-life-threatening wounds.
Jones fled after the shooting.
