SPRING, Texas -

A man has been accused of repeatedly punching and kicking a wheelchair-bound man in the face.

Police said Curtis William Baker, of Spring, got into an argument Tuesday with a 26-year-old man who is paralyzed from the waist down.

For reasons not specified, officials said the argument became heated and Baker punched the man in the face, causing him to fall out of his wheelchair onto the ground.

Baker then began repeatedly kicking the man in the face, officials said.

The 26-year-old man's name and condition have not been released.

Baker has been charged with injury to a disabled person.
