Get ready for another hot and humid weekend with a slight chance of a shower or storm.
After a warm and muggy start to the day Saturday, afternoon high temperatures will reach the mid to upper 90s with partly cloudy skies. A shower or storm is possible this afternoon.
The frontal system that gave us those severe storms on Friday has stalled out across our northern counties.
"Daytime heating and a stationary front across our northern counties could trigger a few showers for us, but it shouldn’t be anything like Friday," said Mary Lee, KPRC Local 2 Meteorologist.
There were reports of some trees and power lines down in Montgomery County Friday.
It's always a good idea to check the radar before you head outside for those outdoor activities.
