A Spring man is facing a terroristic threat charge after Harris County Precinct 4 deputies said he made obscene gestures to motorists and sent threatening messages.

Giorgio Fiorucci, 20, is accused of making the obscene gestures to a motorist in the 5000 block of Bowman Court on June 13.

Deputies detained Fiorucci, who was also accused of threatening a woman with physical abuse via text messages.

Fiorucci is in the Harris County Jail. He is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
