Pump Patrol: Save 44 cents a gallon

The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.43. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 44 cents less.
The following three stations sold gas for less on Tuesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.
- Kroger, Hwy. 59 & Brazos Town Crossing, Rosenberg: $3.09
- CITGO, West Parkwood Ave. & Sun Meadow Blvd., Friendswood: $3.08
- Chevron, Crabb River Rd. & Sansbury Blvd., Richmond: $2.99
